The Switch Tech is an employee of Vonix Ltd. who is trained to administrate our products and will do all the "clicking" for you. Upon your request he will set up all your customers, accounts, vendors, nodes, tariffs, products etc. while you're sitting in your chair and enjoying the results. Along with the Switch Tech you will receive all the updates and e-mail and Instant Messaging support.
